We accept returns of unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receipt. For full information regarding returns and exchanges, please check our returns policy here. Due to the hygienic nature of Lashes we will only accept return on unused and unopened lashes. Please visually check the lash is to your liking before you remove it from its packaging. We are unable to refund any lashes that have been worn or removed from the lash tray/case.
