Shipping
Below are some of are common questions about shipping
Our shipping costs are size/weight based and final costs will be calculated at checkout, but see below for a useful guide.
We offer FREE UK Tracked shipping on orders over £25
UK ORDERS:
All Lash orders under £25 are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class which is £2.49.
All Bulkier items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery costs £3.99. Next Day delivery is available from £4.50 with Royal Mail and DPD Options. We never charge more then the courier charges us and make no profit.
UK ORDERS
All lash orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class which normally arrives within 1-3 working days, however 97% do arrive next day.
We also offer Royal Mail 48 tracked which is a 2-3 working day service. Along with DPD Next day and Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please note we do not work weekends as a small business, and in most cases will ship same day all orders before 2pm. However during busy times we do as for up to 3 days processing time, this is rare.
Yes, we offer DPD next day on any orders before 2pm and Royal Mail Special Delivery on orders before 4pm.
DPD is not a guaranteed service, however Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed.

We offer an Economy service on Lashes, with Royal Mail, this is an untracked service which takes up to 14 working days.
- Ireland: from £3.99
- Europe: from £3.99
- USA and Canada: from £3.99
- Australia from £4.99
- Rest of the world: from £4.99
We offer a Tracked service with DPD or USPS, our shipping cost is based on weight. This service takes 4-7 working days in most cases.
- Europe: from £6.99
- USA: from £6.99
- Australia: £9.99
- Rest of the world: from £12.99
We are super speedy at dispatch and process times so this may not be possible. However, please contact us immediately at customercare@unicorncosmetics.com with your address request and order number.
As soon as your order has left our in-house warehouse you will receive a new shipping confirmation email that will contain a link to track your parcel. Please regularly check your tracking so you can monitor your parcel and avoid any problems.
On all lash orders, Royal Mail 1st class is a delivery notification service. This means it will only update on tracking once delivered with a GPS Scan. This can take 1-3 working days once dispatched, but in rare cases up to 5 working days.
All Tracked Services once collected from our warehouse, can take up to 48 hours to update on its first scan. Your tracking will update at each scan point so please keep in mind it may not update every day once the parcel is in transit to you. If it has not moved in quite a few working days, please do contact us or the delivery company.
Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country.
Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for the UK.
Order Issues

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date dispatched then please notify us by email at customercare@unicorncosmetics.com.
For all International Orders if you have not received your order within 28 working days from dispatch you must contact us within 14 working days after this date, after this time has passed we reserve the right to decide whether to send out the replacement item(s) to you.
We try to be super speedy at UC HQ, so unfortunately once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you out your unicorn confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you didn’t receive this email, and have also checked your junk folder, contact us at customercare@unicorncosmetics.com
Returns
Below are some common questions about our return process.
We do accept returns of unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receipt.
Please send all returns to our warehouse:

Please return items using a recorded mail service or make sure to ask for a proof of postage receipt from the post office, as we will not be responsible for any lost items and will be unable to help further. Please email customercare@unicorncosmetics.com with 'Returns' and your order number in the subject line, and your reason for return in the email body.
Unfortunately at this time as a small business, we do not offer free returns and cannot refund any postage fees. We would love to one day in the future offer this.
Of course you can, you can exchange unwanted and unused items within 28 days of receipt. Please email our customer care team on customercare@unicorncosmetics.com with details of your order and the items you wish to exchange, and we will inform you of the process.
Once we have confirmed receipt of your return, the refund will be processed onto your original payment method and will take 5-7 working days for any refunds to appear back in your account.
Please allow up to 14 working days once your return has been recieved for us to process this. In most cases, we process returns within 2-4 working days of recieving.

You can add your discount at the last page of checkout, although you will be unable to do some on items already discounted.
If you forgot to add your discount, don’t Worry it’s not too late, please email us at customercare@unciorncosmetics.com with your order number and the discount code you were trying to use and we can try to help you.
We don’t blame you, but unfortunately we do only work with a very select number of wholesalers. If you’d like to submit a wholesale enquiry please email us on customercare@unciorncosmetics.com with further information.
